The site

strguests.tools is a free site that generates printable hosting documents and message templates for short-term rental hosts. The PDFs you generate are yours — use them in your property, share them with guests, modify them, print them. We don't claim copyright over anything you produce with our tools.

Not legal or financial advice

Anything generated here is for informational purposes only. House rules, welcome books, message templates — none of it is a substitute for a real lawyer, real accountant, or a proper rental agreement. Local short-term rental law varies wildly. Do your own due diligence.

Acceptable use

• You may use the generators for your own properties or properties you manage.
• You may not use the AI generators (when they ship) to produce harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
• You may not scrape, mirror, or rate-limit-bypass the site.
• You may not pretend the site or its outputs are something they're not (e.g., a binding rental contract).

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it working but make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. If a generator misbehaves or produces nonsense, that's a known risk of free software — please email us so we can fix it.

Limit of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operators of strguests.tools are not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from use of the site or its outputs. If you suffer a loss because a generated document didn't say what you wanted, that's between you and the situation, not us.

Changes

We may update these terms; if so we'll bump the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
