What we collect

strguests.tools is a static, browser-side site. Most of what you do here never leaves your device — the PDF generators run entirely in your browser, and the form fields you fill in are not transmitted to us.

We collect data in three narrow situations:

• Email captures. If you submit your email through one of our forms (lead magnet, waitlist), we store it with a tag identifying which form, then send it to our email service provider so we can email you the requested resource.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and basic interactions (which generator was used, whether a PDF was downloaded). GA4 sets cookies and may collect IP address, user-agent, and referrer. No personally identifiable info is sent to GA4 by us.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider logs requests (timestamp, path, status code, IP) for security and diagnostics. These logs rotate and are not used for marketing.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't share your email with third parties (other than the email service provider that delivers it).
• We don't run ads, retargeting pixels, or session-replay tools.
• We don't store the content you type into the generator forms — that stays in your browser.

Your choices

Most browsers let you block analytics cookies via their "Do Not Track" or extension settings. If you've ever subscribed and want off the list, every email we send has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us directly (below).

If you're in the EU, UK, or California and want a copy or deletion of any data we hold, email hello@strguests.tools and we'll handle it within 30 days.
